If the membership agreement is not concluded on the first day of a month, the first of the following month is agreed as the start of the contract. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a waiver of termination by the member for the first 3 months from the start of the contract. The contract can be terminated in writing by e-mail with a notice period of one month - for the first time in the 2nd month - to the end of the following month.
No, the FLIP LAB subscription is personal. Your name and photo will be noted on the FLIP LAB subscription card and can therefore only be used by you.
Yes, you can also book online with your personal code.
We will be happy to issue you a new card on site. Replacing a lost card costs € 10.00.
With your FLIP LAB subscription you can use 1x 60min FlipTime per day in our hall. Units from previous days cannot be saved and redeemed together on the same day.
